Yes, our automatic booth requires one. Renting somewhere without easy outlet access? Add the Portable Battery Pack at checkout and you're covered.

Everything's contactless. Once your payment and waiver are confirmed, you'll get a private digital access code to grab the unit from our storage location — no staff, no scheduled meetup. Return works the same way.

Late returns are charged $65/hour, so we'd recommend booking a little extra buffer time upfront if you're unsure how long you'll need it.

A deposit is due at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance, plus a refundable $100 security deposit, is automatically charged 24 hours before your rental starts.

Cancel 7+ days out for a full deposit refund. Inside 7 days, the deposit isn't refundable. Once your balance is charged (24 hours before your rental), no refunds are issued.

Add the optional Damage Waiver at checkout — it caps what you owe at $100, covered by your security deposit. Without it, you're responsible for full repair or replacement cost.
